About the Program

Marsh’s Graduate Associate program is a 2-year accelerated rotational program open to a select group of highly-motivated recent University graduates. We offer graduates on-the-job coaching, structured learning curriculum, regular reviews and feedback, and a wide range of development programs focusing on business development and client servicing functions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist team on handling basic clients work and monitor premium payment process
• Conduct research, analysis and compiles client reports and submission
• Checks and follows up on policy issuance and accuracy
• Assists with operational and compliance and audit issue
• Takes on additional responsibilities as required or assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree graduate in any discipline or above
• Fresh or recent graduates welcome
• Demonstrated leadership qualities in school, work, or community activities.
• Energetic, good communication skill with analytical mind
• Mature & open-minded
• Proactive and self-motivating
• Good PC Skills, including Chinese word processing
• Good Command of English, fluency in Cantonese or Putonghua is an advantage
