Job Description
Job Duties:
• Underwrite cases within defined authority and comply to company service standard & requirements
• Liaise with internal sales channel to facilitate smooth underwriting process and communications
• Prepare materials and conduct training to internal sales channel to enhance mutual understanding and facilitate relationship building
• Handle enquiries from internal sales channel and respective parties and customers
• Assist supervisor in preparing reports and projects as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Degree Holder with professional insurance qualifications such as FLMI, ALU
• 5 years solid underwriting experience in life insurance with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Underwriting medical authority of not less than extra mortality 50%
• Experience at project initiatives, including system projects of writing test plans and conducting UAT
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Sound product knowledge with competitive business mind
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Quality-oriented and good integrity
• Proactive and stress positive
• Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
