Job Description

Job duties: 

  • Prepare and monitor expenses reports, follow-up on billings and payments, and assist in the monthly and annual budget planning for headquarters and representative offices
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Team in daily management of all appointments and phone calls   
  • Perform full spectrum of general office administrative duties including procurement of supplies and equipment, office maintenance, renovation and relocation, record keeping and filing, etc.
  • Responsible for monitoring staff attendance & regular update of leave records.
  • Supervise receptionist & cleaner & provide support when needed
  • Arrange overseas business trips for executives including air ticket & hotel accommodation reservation.
  • Arrange and coordinate staff functions for the team and assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or related
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting and office administration experience, preferably in sizable organization
  • Smart with figures, hands on experience in preparing payment vouchers. 
  • Positive work attitude, well organized, detailed oriented and self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Immediate available preferred
