Job Description
Job Duties:
- Greeting guests and general reception duties.
- Handling phone calls, courier & mailing services, meal & office supplies ordering, office equipment maintenance, other admin. duties.
- Provide support to Administrative works.
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above.
- At least 3 years relevant working experience.
- Fluent in Cantonese, can communicate in both English and Putonghua is preferable.
- Detail-minded, patient, good time management, be punctual and able to handle multi-tasks independently.
- High sense of responsibility and self-motivated.
- Good telephone manner, communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient PC skill of MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing.
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
