We are located in Tsuen Wan and are currently looking for an Administrative and Shipping Assistant to cope with our company's expansion. The incumbent will focus on the following main areas:

• Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support operations team
• Liaise with external suppliers for office supply & material procurement, renovation, relocation and maintenance
• Maintain a detailed record of office assets
• Handle daily shipping activities such as preparation of air waybill, packing, delivery and update of shipment records
• Responsible for periodic stock take to ensure most up-to-date inventory status for all stock keeping units
• Handle product returns with servicing department in an orderly manner
• Provide secretarial support to directors.
• Handle other ad-hoc administrative and projects as assigned

We are looking for an Administrative and Shipping Assistant with the following attributes:

• A minimum of 1 year administrative experience
• Independent and demonstrates initiative, good communication and problem solving skills
• Strong ability to multi-task and able to work under pressure
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS office and good computer skills
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Fresh graduate is also considered
• Form 7 and above
