Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Account Manager to serve and develop key accounts
- Work with dedicated teams for day-to-day support tasks, including member communication materials, content creation and etc.
- Design, implement and execute effective communication with members, including Social, SMS, DM, eDM, digital, etc.
- To keep up to date about best practice for CRM communications and to develop and enhance the CRM
- Liaise with partners, suppliers and vendors to coordinate and execute CRM initiatives, such as joint promotions and VIP premium sourcing
Requirements:
- Passionate in data, digital and technologies
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related disciplines
- At least 1 year of CRM/Loyalty/Digital Marketing experiences
- Good understanding of digital marketing
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
