Responsibilities:

• Plan stories, write scripts, conduct interviews, and work with video editor and graphic designers for videos on Facebook page and YouTube Channel 政策‧正察
• Contribute creative ideas on video contents and format
• Liaise with stakeholders to facilitate video production
• Promote content through social advertising, measure and optimize efforts
• Keep a pulse on policy debates and monitor social media trend 

Requirements:

• A passionate storyteller, strategic thinker, and skilled communicator
• 5-7 years of solid experience (video production, managing social media or journalism) 
• Knowledge of video production and social media platform management 
• Deep understanding of current issues and policy debates
• Knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage
• A creative and self-motivated person, and a good team player with ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Candidates with less experience would be considered as Officer
