Our client provides office space leasing with a rapidly growing presence across Hong Kong. They are seeking for talent to craft an integrated corporate communications strategy and communication plan at the Corporate level.

This Senior Manager will report directly to the Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications and serve as communications counsel to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

• Support in the development and lead the implementation of corporate reputation strategy, plan, tactics and metrics for both internal and external audiences.
• Develop and implement an integrated corporate message platform, working with Corporate Affairs and across the company, to ensure an aligned, consistent narrative for internal and external audiences.
• Execute against corporate media strategy and build and maintain relationships with key top-tier media and several Bureau of the Government.
• Support creation and implementation of corporate issues management strategy, process and execution; provide guidance on related reputational issues as needed, to mitigate risk and ensure messaging is aligned.
• Oversee budget and contract management for corporate reputation management and media relations external agency resources.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, public relations, communications or related disciplines.
• 10+ years’ experience in corporate communications, with an emphasis on internal and executive communication.

• Strong consultative skills and ability to effectively influence.
• Strong working knowledge of communications strategy development and the creative process.
• Experience in managing internal communications programs and familiarity with internal communications body of knowledge.
