Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Management and multicultural Marketing Department
• Mainly focus on Digital Marketing / E-Commerce 
• Assist in planning, organizing, coordinating and executing events and activities for medical professionals and marketing team
• Prepare marketing collaterals, copywriting and design
• Provide simple art and design technical support 
• Research and analyze on market intelligence and monitor feedbacks on social media
• Provide support in content update on website, social media and emerging digital platforms
• Prepare reports of marketing activities & sales performance
• Affinity to work in a fast-paced creative environment with tight deadlines.
• Organize and lead the volunteer team for community project
• Willing to travel (business in China)

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Language or related field preferred
• Minimum 1 year's relevant experience in marketing fields
• Writing and producing presentations and press releases
• Experience in managing website, mobile app and social platform will be an advantage
• Familiar with MS Office and Chinese word processing. Knowledge in content management and graphic design tools is a plus
• Good skills in communication, presentation, research analysis
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Creative, proactive, well-organized, detail-minded, independent, self-initiate and good personality
• Immediate availability is preferable.
