Responsibilities:

• Provide all rounded general office administration supports
• Handle incoming calls
• Assist in general accounting clerical duties
• Additional ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with 3 years' relevant experience
• Good spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) and English
• High sense of responsibility, well-organized, good communication and inter-personal skills
• Proficient PC skill of MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing

The ideal candidates for this position shall be highly motivated individuals with can-do attitude who are team players with good communication and interpersonal skills.
