Job responsibilities

• Lead and coach a merchandising & shipping team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in order processes
• Liaise with overseas customers and follow up on their enquiries
• To manage and follow up the quotations and orders
• To ensure the factories are in compliance with client's compliance standard commercially and legally
• To follow up with factories to ensure the completion of production and inspection on time
• Support sales team and monitor customer orders to enhance the sales performance
• To collaborate in a cross-functional team to ensure that all aspects are actively discussed and addressed during the delivery process
• Evaluate and streamline the order & shipment processing for continuous improvement of business development

We expect

• University graduate preferred
• At least 8-10 years of merchandising experience in toys field with minimum 5 years experience at managerial level
• Solid experience in US and European Toys markets is preferable
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, well-organized and able to work independently under pressure
• Excellent communication skills and good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin
• Occasional travel to China
