Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Offer counsel on legal and compliance areas to senior management team on a wide range of commercial and legal matters
- Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
- Collaborate with management team for devising effective legal strategies
- Apply effective risk management techniques and provide sound advice on possible legal issues
- Provide clarification on legal language or specification
Requirements:
- 2 years or above of relevant experience
- Proficient in legal drafting with good exposures on litigation work
- Good knowledge and understanding of corporate laws and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to create legal proactive and defensive strategies
- Sound judgement and ability to read through presented facts with multiple scenario analysis
- Good command of Chinese and English, and communication skills
- Good Mandarin is an advantage
