Job Responsibilities

1. Enhancement and assurance of the staff performance and service standard of managed properties

2. Provision of quality property management services with prompt response, tenancy administration and cost control

3. Liaison with clients, occupants and contractors

4. Establishment of standard procedures and control systems to ensure that they are strictly followed by all staff 

5. Attend meetings of Incorporated Owners, handle enquiries and complaints from tenants/owners

Job Requirements

1. Either be a practicing member of one of the following professional institutions with a minimum of 5 years' post qualification experience in property management in Hong Kong: 

(a) The Hong Kong Institute of Housing;

(b) The Chartered Institute of Housing;

(c) The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (General Practice Division or Property and Facility Management Division);

(d) The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveryors (General Practice Division);

(e) Housing Managers Registration Board.

or

2. Have at least 20 years' experience in property management with not less than 6 years in the capacity of managerial post in a public housing organization in Hong Kong.
