General Purpose

Support the Chief Financial Officer and Manager in carrying out corporate accounting and administration, and fund accounting and related operational and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities/Duties

1) Corporate accounting, reporting and administration for the company and its affiliates

• Responsible for full set of accounts and preparation of monthly/interim/annual financial statements and relevant schedules, eg detailed breakdown, bank reconciliation etc.
• Assist in annual audit and tax filings
• Liaise with corporate secretaries for annual return filings and other corporate secretarial matters
• Assist in other clerical works and ad-hoc duties as required

2)Fund accounting, reporting and administration for the funds which are under management

• Assist in cash management of the funds
• Assist in reviewing the monthly valuation reports and annual financial statements of the funds
• Provide support on presentation material updates and ad-hoc reports
• Coordinate meetings
• Assist in other clerical works and ad-hoc duties as required

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder of Accounting or Finance
• Professional qualification in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 3+ years working experience gained in financial industry (fund related work experience is preferable);
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Self-initiative, responsible, independent, organized and detail-minded
