Responsibilities:

• Monitor the whole planting process of the raw material suppliers’ planting bases and follow up the on-site monitoring schedule which planned by the supervisor
• Promote GAP management and also provide GAP management training to the planting bases; as well as to assist the planting bases to obtain the GAP certification
• Collaborate with seed company for searching new varieties according to the needs of the marketing and R & D department
• Participate the exhibition about new farming technologies; explore and promote the new planting inputs including new pesticide, fertilizer and farming machine etc.
• Cooperate with Procurement and ensure the stable supply of the raw material
• Manage the daily work of technician of the experimental station
• Perform other duties and temporary assignment as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Agronomy, Plant Protection, Horticulture, Biology or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of solid experience in planting bases management or other experience related to agriculture
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-initiative and be a good team player
• Familiar in Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
• Good understanding of GAP management method and organic planting
• Willing to work in PRC
