Key Responsibilities

• Perform front-line helpdesk service for PC, server and system maintenance, administration, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning and capacity planning
• Conduct analysis on existing platforms and availability of solutions and technologies in the market to continuously improve platform robustness.  Perform regular assessment and apply patches and upgrades accordingly
• Coordinate with users and vendors for project implementation
• Update and maintain documentations and inventory

Requirements

• Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
• 2 years solid experience in in-house IT with medium size infrastructure servers and system administration services
• Strong infrastructure skills and knowledge (Windows, Linux, VMWare, Veeam, Nutanix, vSAN)
• Solid experience in PC support, Windows Domains, Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DNS, installation, configuration and tuning of software platforms
• Knowledge on Firewall, Switch, VOIP, SSLVPN an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese & English, Mandarin speaking preferred
• A good team player with self-motivation and problem solving skills 
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with good sense of security and control
