Job Description

Our client, a Listed IT & T Company is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead the customer service and sales operation team.

This company is a No. 1 player in the Hong Kong market with strong corporate clients from the globe in banking & finance, IT, Telecommunication, logistics, etc. 

*No. 1 player in the technology industry and stable office hour.

*No Selling Target

*Stable working Hours - Office Hour (9-6, Mon - Fri  5 day work)

 

 Customer Service Officer - 20K – 24K 

 

Our client, a Listed Technology Company, is seeking a Client Services Executive to join the Customer Service Team to drive Corporate client support and service for clients from the globe.

 

You will work with a client services team, to provide:

  • Order management/billing support, business agreement and sales administration.
  • Provide office hour phone support
  • To partner with different departments and teams understand client requirements.

 

Requirements:

  • Dip/Degree holder in business administration 
  • At least 2 years of customer service / hotline support / sales administration.
  • Experience with technology industry: software, telecommunication, data center is an advantages

 

Customer Service Manager  - 550K – 700K 

Responsibilities:

  • You will head up the Customer Service team with 5-7 members, to drive customer service program to corporate clients, provide service to inquiry, contract issues, billing, etc. 
  • Develop CS strategy, sales operation direction and administrative policy.
  • Technical issue will be handled by technical team

 Requirements:

  • Tertiary education, degree is a strong advantage.
  • 8 years or up of Customer service management experience from any IT & T company.  Background: Software, IT vendor, Data Center, Telecom Carrier, etc.  Local or small companies will be considered.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager level with strong management experience. 
  • Passion in working with corporate clients and desire to drive excellent customer service.
  • Will be part of the transformation program, excellent exposure.
  • No shift duty. 
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
