Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries base on banking through live chat, hotlines (inbound) & emails
- Handle trust documents and perform administration work
- Liaise with internal and external parties to fulfill client requests
- No sales is required
Requirements
- Form 5 or above
- 1 year or above of customer services experience in Banking
- Strong client servicing and customer service skills
- Good command in Chinese and English skills.
