Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer services to clients of Diamond and Jewellery Division
- Handle phone-in and email enquiries and shipment orders
- Handle import and export shipment documents
- Maintain shipment / delivery orders and records in database system
- Liaise and coordinate with internal parties, customers and service agents in Hong Kong, China and overseas
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by team head/manager
Requirements
- F.5 or above
- Outgoing and pleasant personality with good communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Fresh graduates welcome
Work Location: Central / Hung Hom
