Job Responsibilities

• Handle sales administration including sales orders, price quotation and invoicing with high accuracy & timeliness.
• Process customer requests in an efficient manner
• Support clients service via calls or correspondence and follow up cases
• Liaise with internal and external parties to follow up delivery and logistic arrangement
• Support sales team operations, marketing events and maintain good filing
• Coordinate with China factory, overseas office for sales orders.

Requirement

• Secondary education, Form 5, DSE or equivalent
• Minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience in sales admin (experience in FMCG is a plus)
• PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus
• Well-organized, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Immediately available is highly preferable
