Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible for providing service management and establishing and maintaining friendly and constructive relationship with existing corporate clients.
The Job:
-
Conduct regular diagnostic of client's travel program to assess the maturity of the client's program and identify areas of opportunity for improvement.
- Develop and execute a regional travel management business plan by client detailing objectives, strategies and measurable goals;
- Gain consistency in the delivery of program management products and services to clients in Greater China region, with a focus on efficient and cost effective practices;
- Build and maintain strong relationship with all key account contacts both the client and internal.
- Identify key technologies and implement new program initiatives to increase efficiency, customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Monitor the Service Level Agreement (SLA), manage and deliver the projects within agreed schedule and quality
- Ensure contingency plans are in place to effectively manage crisis situations and support business
Requirements:

University graduate with major in Business Administration or related disciplines

A minimum of 8 years’ business-to-business sales experience in travel industry (including in a managerial capacity).

With revenue-driven mind and proven track records in handling corporate business clients

Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Aggressive, self-motivated, result-oriented and be able to work under pressure

Strong critical thinking and problem solving capabilities, highly organized and thoughtful
- Unrelenting client service ethic and unimpeachable integrity
