Responsibilities:

• Execute and implement strategic business plan to achieve objectives (short, medium and long term);
• Oversee the daily operational activities;
• Coordinate the human and materials resources of the Chinese medicine clinics;
• Formulate polices and coordinate methods to ensure patient satisfaction;
• Perform ad hoc projects and assignment as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chinese medicine or equivalent;
• 10 years or above experience in pharmacy or Chinese medicines industry of which at least 5 years management experience;
• Strong industry network with a solid track record of proven ability to operate clinic;
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua);
• Have a startup mindset, well-organized, open-minded, decisive and flexible.
