Job Descriptions 職責描述:

• Plan & implement customer service training program
• Keep monitoring the service indicators of key touch points to meet the agreed targets
• Assist team to organize and invite all department to participate to review service, products, system and workflow to collect their feedback and to identify the area for improvement
• Prepare reports on customer service quality improvement measure
• Build and maintain good relationship with customers
• Work closely with operations and counter support to ensure customer’s requirements are fulfilled and deliver quality assurance assessments to ensure excellent customer services
• Handle and supervise the frontline team to handle and follow up customers’ enquiries, opinions, requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner to achieve service excellence
• Motivate and coaching to front line staff
• Responsible for handling customer enquiries and complaints; monitoring the service standard
• Any ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements 入職要求:

• Higher Diploma or University degree holder in any discipline
• Strong Customer service mindset
• Be able to work under pressure and independently
• At least 2-year customer service supervisor level or trainer experience
• Professional service manner to handle enquiries
• Good command in both spoken and written of English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage
• Good PC knowledge in MS Office
