The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups has grown into city’s major youth work charitable organisation and youth leadership development has been a key focus to support Hong Kong's sustainable growth with capable and devoted homegrown young leaders.

We are looking for effective team members with focuses on Global Leadership

• Responsible for planning, developing and organising signature incoming and outgoing leadership training programmes such as “Global Seminar”, “Leaders to Leaders”, “Summer School”, “Overseas Scholarship”
• To build partnership and maintain close connections with top ranked Global Leadership Institutes, such as Salzburg Global Seminar, One Young World, Forbe 30 under 30, Global Shaper in order to provide incoming and outgoing exchange opportunities to Hong Kong young leaders
• To engage overseas young leaders in our programmes and connect them with our young talents to make local and global impact through expanding or/and extending their initiated projects
• To develop strategies for talent management, which build and maintain strong relationship with our young talents through online campaign, networking event, regular newsletter, and other communication collaterals

Entry Requirements:

Study Fields：

• Recognised University graduate in social sciences, global business, education, communications, English language, or related disciplines.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Essential requirements:

• Solid experience related to the post, curriculum design, training or leadership development in general
• Strong market and business sense for social good
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in writing, communication and organisational skills.
• Be tech-savvy

Others [depends on the posts]:

• Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in online learning, educational technology and managing the learning management system, such as accounts setup, students’ usage and digital marketing tools and latest social media trend with a thorough understanding of major social platforms functionalities
