Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain trading relationship with existing and prospective institutional clients on HK/China/S.E. Asian Equities;

• Work together with other investment banking units to conduct marketing and deal events at corporate level;

• Support and participate in conferences and corporate access functions to deliver best value-added benefits to clients;

• Participate in the marketing of new investment products proactively;

• Achieve revenue target and self-motivated;

• Ability to analyze data and use for decision making and managing initiatives;

• Highest level of integrity and good judgement and ability to maintain confidentiality;

• Any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer and the line manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance or related discipline;

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in direct institutional sales with HK or PRC investment bank;

• Good knowledge in market leading security solutions;

• Mature skill set on selling the firm’s multiple products, Strong ability to bring in business;

• Strong sense in teamwork with communication and interpersonal skills;

• Ability to work under pressure, work proactively and diligently;

• Great sense of time management to meet deadlines;

• SFC type 1 and 4 licensed;

• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese (including Putonghua) and English.
