Our provision of Temporary Staffing to clients is growing and we need a full time executive to promote and service clients seeking short term Contract Staff for projects that last 3, 6 9 to 12 months Your experience could cover expertise in some of the areas listed below:

Responsibilities

• Study past client requirements to visit existing clients 
• Prepare and improve existing strategies for contractual candidates and clients  
• Prepare marketing collateral to inform and negotiate with clients to secure/signed payment policies 
• Shortlist Industry types that require temp teams on longer term projects 
• Work with SBA Recruiters to interview, test and increase temp pool
• Work with HR professionals to increase repeat business
• Recommend online courses to Temps to hone their skills
• Prepare for events internal and external presence

Requirements

• Degree holder with 10 years experience
• Resilience and emotional maturity in tough times
• Very good listening skills and a calm approach when facing problems 
• You are a stable, steady person with a good work record
• Strong in PP, Illustrator, photoshop and social media
