Responsibilities

• Assist Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager to monitor the food quality, safety and hygiene of the patients catering and canteen kitchens for Catering Services Division
• Develop and implement quality and hygiene system, HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 14064, ISO 18001 and ISO 22000
• Conduct food sampling, inspection, on-site monitoring and audit for outlets
• Provide food hygiene training to frontline staff
• Update guidelines for outlets to improve the hygiene standards
• Investigate and handle customer complaints related to food hygiene and safety

Requirements

• Degree or above in Food Science or related disciplines
• Relevant working experience in hospital catering services or patients catering is highly preferred
• Sound knowledge on quality and hygiene system, HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 14064, ISO 18001 and ISO 22000 will be an advantage
• Strong interpersonal, cooperative and communication skills
• 5-day work week, shift duty may be required
• Able to work independently
