Responsibilities

1. Handle complete shipping job for our HK company for timely following up the documents and providing the proposal of solution 
2. Daily smooth communication with internal/partner Merchandiser team and Suppliers externally
3. Ensure the correct complete shipping documents to be sent to France on time
4. Coordinate closely with QC team for getting the updating IRN report
5. Key in the accurate data of each shipment in ERP system
6. Smooth communication with the nominated forwarder about the vessel schedules and the relevant shipping issue
7. Internal coordination of vessel planning confirmed by nominated forwarders
8. Regularly review and update SOP in compliance with the relevant regulations and policies and keep the relevant team of the updated version
9. Others tasks assigned by the company

Qualification:

• 2-year or above working experience; working in garment trading industry is advantaged
• Working Experience with Bangladesh and Vietnam suppliers is a plus
• ERP knowledge (ORLIWEB is a plus)
• Participate in the digitalisation of Group Shipping Process is plus
• Good command of English, Mandarin 
• Proactive and detail-minded, with good problem solving and customer service sense
• Can work under pressure, good teamwork spirit
