Responsibilities

• All the cash receipts, receivables and inter-companies invoicing
  
• Accounts Receivable Aging Report
  
• Prepare monthly account reconciliation for all the receivables include the inter-company
• Prepare monthly account statement to all open account customers
  
• Process accounts payable - all invoices input into the system and needs to match with inventory received
  
• Preparing accruals for regular payments for month-end closing
• Ad hoc tasks that assigned by supervisor

 Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above in Finance, Accounting or Business discipline
• 3 years relevant experience
• Team player with good interpersonal skill and attention to details
• Proactive, work independently with good analytical skills
• Well versed in MS Office
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
