Duties:

• Handle full sets of accounts including data entry, check and prepare invoices/debit & credit notes to customers or suppliers, prepare cheques, etc
• Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting schedules to auditors
• Assist group of companies to prepare account receivable and account payable reports
• L/C documentation
• Office administration duties are required
• Experience in using computerized accounting system is an advantage

Requirements:

• At least 2 years relevant experience preferably in manufacturing or trading sector, and with stable work history
• Holder of LCC & I Intermediate or above
• Mature-minded and flexible
