Job Description

Responsibilities: -

  • Lead and develop regional finance team to perform effective and efficient control and support to business to identify and classify the relevant Market opportunity and profitability
  • Monitor and support our regional finance operation for the accurate and timely reporting, analysis, credit control and expenses control
  • Comply with applicable approved accounting standards and corporate policies and procedures in relation to Accounts and Finance in overseas
  • Perform the Advertisement & Promotion expenses control, support Sales and Marketing team for project ROI calculation, project control and post-evaluation
  • Responsible for risk assessment and evaluation of our systems as well as to provide constructive recommendation to drive the operational excellence and compliance with the Group policy
  • Assist to manage the company’s tax exposure under existing and proposed legislations in Overseas, to avoid the tax risk in group, improve tax efficiency through tax planning and maintaining tax incentives
  • Interact with other Finance team in Hong Kong Headquarter to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations
  • Coordinate of the budgetary processes as an integral part of the annual strategic plan; prepare business development presentations, sales pitch, and qualitative
  • Support and monitor the finance issues about oversea property investment and M&A activity
  • Assess Project investment in Plant and Machinery, including the calculation of ROI, feasibility study and post-revaluation, monitor the project progress and risk avoidance
  • Other duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements: -

  • Degree in Accountancy or related disciplines
  • Qualified accountant
  • Minimum 10 years working experience, preferably in FMCG/food industry, with at least 5 years solid management experience to monitor PRC & Oversea finance and business
  • Proven strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fundamental financial accounting, controllership and risk management skills
  • Analytical mind and good business sense
  • With energy and passion to drive change and to really make a difference
  • Able to independent and proactively take ownership and act with integrity to deliver required result
  • Audit or Internal Control experience preferred but not a must
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Fluent in spoken and written in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a MUST
  • Willing to travel
