Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for managing cash and bank account

2. Responsible for preparing bank reconciliation

3. Responsible for checking the authenticity of the original voucher and the completeness of the payment process

4. Responsible for other financial related work.

Requirements:

1. A degree in accounting or finance is preferred

2. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience

3. Proficiency in Excel, Word and Chinese word processing

4. Good command of English and Chinese

5. Immediate available is preferred.

工作職責 :

1. 負責現金和銀行日常管理工作;

2. 負責編制現金和銀行賬目;

3. 負責編制銀行賬戶調節表;

4. 負責管理支票和開具支票相關工作;

5. 負責審核原始憑證的真實性和支付流程的完備性;

6. 負責其他財務相關工作。

崗位要求 : 

1. 擁有會計或財務學位者優先;

2. 擁有最少三年相關工作經驗;

3. 熟練使用辦公軟件和會計核算軟件;

4. 良好中、英文書寫能力。
