Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing support and co-ordinate for service job arrangement (both written and spoken)
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints
• Co-ordinate service job arrangement with Customers (internal and external) and Technicians
• Handling Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Program (disposal waste product)
• Responsible for providing administration support for data entry / updating, document filing

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any disciplines
• Minimum 1 year of solid Customer Service Experience will be an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in PC knowledge in MS Office, Chinese (Chongjie/Quick) and English typing (30 wpm or above)
• Proactive attitude, dynamic, multi-tasking, self-motivate and able to work independently in under pressure
• Willingness to develop long-term career path
• Immediate available is preferred
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
