A reputable and growing international law firm in the heart of Central is currently looking for a Junior Legal Secretary to join their Corporate Finance department, where they focus on capital markets, M&A and IPO projects. The role will be supporting 2-3 fee earners, including a Partner and 2-3 Associates. 

Job description:

You will be supporting fee earners within the Corporate team, the job duties will include: 

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to fee earners
• Prepare, edit and format correspondences and legal documents 
• Prepare verification notes 
• Coordinate matters opening and maintain files 
• Calendar management and travel/meeting arrangements
• Manage incoming mails and phone calls
• Coordinate with billings, invoices and input timesheets 
• As well as administrative tasks 

Job Requirements: 

The successful candidate will have:  

• Minimum of 1-3 years of legal secretarial experience 
• Experience in Corporate practice is preferred
• Excellent spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good document skills required 
• Strong knowledge in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Self-motivated, willing to help, flexible and can-do attitude
• Good organisational skills 
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
