Job Description
What you can expect in your role
- Reporting to the Talent Manager, and together implement talent programs to address needs of the team
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment including Graduate Recruitment and Internship
- Manage on and off boarding process to improve overall people’s journeys at Mazars
- Drive staff engagement via wellness activities and programs
- Organize effective online and offline learning and development programs for team
- Assist in various stage of the performance management cycle
- Promote mobility programs to enhance talent exposures
- Continue to build and strengthen employer branding via social media, CSR activities and initiatives
- Contribute to HR, transformation and global projects as well as ad hoc tasks to bring impact to the team
We would love to see..
- At least 2 - 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Graduate in Human Resources is an advantage
- A tech-savvy, independent, innovative and positive mindset
- Great problem solving skills, taking a consultative approach to finding the best solution
- Self-motivated, able to thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
- Good command of English and Chinese speaking and writing
- Good knowledge and understanding of the Employment Ordinance
