職責
- 保持會議室及茶水間整潔
- 為訪客和管理團隊提供茶水
- 負責外勤送文件工作 (如到銀行、公司與外出收發文件)
- 負責一般辦公室日常雜務工作
- 另需執行其他被指派工作
要求
- 最小1年外勤辦公室助理經驗
- 中三或以上程度
- 懂閱讀英文地址
- 盡責勤力, 和藹有禮, 積極主動, 具備良好的團隊合作精神
- 良好粵語; 一般英語
- 五天工作, 銀行假期, 醫療福利, 年終花紅
