Our client is the MNC asset management / Hedge Fund / Private Equity in Hong Kong currently they are looking for high caliber to their Assistant Human Resources Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• As a Head of  Human Resources & Administration to drive the organizational excellence by aligning human behavior with the organization’s strategy, structures, processes, business objectives; and improve organizational effectiveness while adhering to the organization’s culture and values

• Manage day-to-day operations by administering full spectrum of professional services to cope with various business needs, recruitment, C&B, handle payroll, sales commission, incentives etc

• Responsible for HR management report and analysis for management review in a quality and timely manner

• Responsible for HR policies, HRIS and forms update that in compliance with local legislation, expat work visa application, internal HR audit and its activities

• Implement various strategic initiatives to facilitate the team to enhance the business operation efficiency, to promote the Company’s core value, to uphold the compliance and internal control measures and to raise the team performance

• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline

• 5-8 years of relevant experience from banking / asset management / private equity / Hedge Fund, with business  experience would be an advantage

• Hands on HR experience and familiar with market practices, relevant statutory and compliance requirements in Hong Kong 

• Mature, high integrity, self-motivated, thoughtful and able to work under pressure

• A good team player with an open mindset to new ideas and other people’s opinions

• Strong communication, interpersonal and people skills

• Fluent in Cantonese and English
