Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • supervising the HR teams in Hong Kong and Mainland to handle full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, and talent acquisition, development and retention
  • review pay structure, pay policies, benefits, grade and performance management systems regularly to maintain competitive and effective pay and benefit packages for attracting and retaining quality employees
  • ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations in Hong Kong and Mainland for respective policies and procedures and to establish best practices
  • perform manpower planning and executing organization development initiatives in an effective and diplomatic manner
  • build operational efficiency process across all personnel and administration functions

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holders with over 20 years human resources management experience in sizable organizations with at least 10 years at Department Head level
  • prior experience in real estates or related businesses with solid Mainland exposure
  • experienced in all-round HR functions especially in compensation and benefits, performance management and organization development
  • well versed in employment ordinance, employees’ compensation and other HR related regulations of HK and Mainland
  • mature, analytical and numeric with excellent presentation and management report writing skills
  • an effective leader and a problem solver who is able to handle multitasks and complete tasks collectively to deliver quality results with tight deadlines
  • persuasive, passionate, and a good communicator at all levels with excellent integrity and strong sense of responsibility and risk management
  • proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese/Chinese/Putonghua
  • occasionally travel to Mainland China is required
