Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operations including monitor daily actual cash flow, collection of cheque payment and bank reconciliation of the companies;
• Prepare bank-in slip, payment vouchers and petty cash reimbursement;
• Responsible for the arrangement of export LC document collection;
• Update the cheque status, the receipt record and the accounting system and filing;
• Assist in preparing accounting related reports;
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• F.5 or above with LCC Intermediate Certificate;
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience;
• Self-motivated, detail-minded, positive attitude, sensitive to numbers and willing to learn;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Good in MS Office applications particularly with MS word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
• Immediately availability is highly preferred.
