Main Duties: 

• To handle full spectrum of HR functions in Hong Kong;
• To oversees talent acquisition activities including recruitment, selection, onboarding, work permits, employee mobility, etc. in Hong Kong office;
• To formulate and manage the execution of HR policies and procedures; including but not limited to manpower planning, workforce culture and engagement, performance and reward management and employment relations;
• To review HR policies and procedures on a regular basis to ensure compliance with Company policies and local labor ordinance;
• To manage full-cycle of compensation & benefits, including salary benchmarking and salary review;
• To prepare analysis reports and proposals; formulate budget forecast and control; and
• To perform ad hoc and/or other responsibilities and duties as required.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines;
• Over 5 years’ relevant working experience in human resources management in Hong Kong;
• Willing to roll up the sleeves to perform hands-on HR operations work;
• Be self-motivated and good team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills;
• Good team player and willing to work under pressure;
• Computer literacy in MS office; and
• Proficiency in English and Putonghua are essential.
