Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to manage full spectrum of Compensation & Benefits functions
• Manage monthly payroll administration and ensure all payroll and tax calculation are well handled and executed
  
• Review and formulate C&B policies and procedures of the Group
• Prepare staff communication written in both English and Chinese
• Make proposals for annual C&B related exercises which include but not limited to salary structure review, bonus scheme review and manpower budgeting etc.
• Take the lead for various C&B projects like job evaluation, salary benchmarking and job mapping etc.
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or related disciplines
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience in C&B areas, with track record in handling C&B projects independently
• Well versed with employment related ordinance and employment practices in Hong Kong 
• Experience in PRC and Macau taxation is a plus
• Detail-minded with strong interpersonal and influencing skills
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese as well as good spoken Putonghua
