Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Learning & Development function. Identify training needs/ develop training plan and source the proper channels including on-line class/ classroom training to deliver the learning program
  • Comply with training policy & procedure to ensure trainings are carried out in a structured and systematic approach to meet company requirements, local legislation and manage in a cost effective way. Monitor the policy and propose any revision to fit business needs
  • To work with the Greater China HR team and assist in building up local talent pipeline and succession planning mechanism
  • Act as Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) champion, facilitate and monitor the annual EOS cycle and coordinate the Town Hall Meeting or Staff Communication Session for different Operation Sites
  • Act as facilitator/ Coordinator for Recreation Committee/ CSR activities, provide creative idea and professional advice on employee engagement/ CSR project to promote employee engagement in organization
  • Other ad hoc duty when required

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • 8 years related work experience of which 5 years in Learning & Development and employee engagement preferably from sizable organizations or MNC
  • Experiences in MT program, e-Learning implementation and employee engagement is preferred
  • Well versed in Hong Kong employment ordinance and common HR practices
  • Responsible, proactive, multi-tasking and a good team player
  • Regional exposure, team player with track record on working with multi-cultural teams
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and HRIS system
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Candidate with lesser work experience but with excellent working attitude will be considered as Assistant HR Manager
