- Responsible for monthly payroll processing and other C&B related including but not limited to MPF administration, taxation and medical scheme administration
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records in HRIS
- Assist in yearly salary review and bonus calculation
- Prepare monthly HR reports for management review
- Provide support to Recruitment activities when necessary
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Requirements
- Diploma holder with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Meticulous and able to work independently
- With good numerical sense and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
