DNA Recruit Partners is partnering with one of the well established engineering group in Hong Kong who has provided utilities, electricity, civil construction, rail and road solutions for couple decades. They are currently looking for a HR Assistant Manager with C&B focus to join their HR team. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and improve C&B policy, procedures and systems
• Handle HR C&B transformation projects
• Manage day-to-day payroll activities across the business in a timely, accurate and professional manner
• Responsible for C&B projects such as insurance renewal, salary and bonus review, salary structure review, etc
• Review and update C&B policies and internal working guidelines
• Coordinate HR initiatives and development programs, including the development of HR Information System
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:  

• Degree holder in Human Resources or equivalence
• Minimum 8 years’ HR payroll/C&B experiences with minimum 3 years in a senior/supervisory in-house role 
• Solid exposure from engineering firms will be beneficial although not necessary
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulation
• Well-organized, detail-oriented with analytical mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact with different levels of people
