Job Description
The successful candidate will enforce Deed of Mutual Covenant or Tenancy Agreement terms, handle requests and complaints from tenants and owners,
perform day-to-day building management and inspection services, and oversee property maintenance, security and cleaning services.They will also handle and update administrative and personnel records & connected duties include liaising with different sites
for the collection and dissemination of messages and documents.
Requirements:
- Degree holders with 3 years of relevant experience in shopping mall field or Diploma/ Higher Certificate with 5 years of relevant experience
- Fluency in Putonghua an advantage
- Knowledge of PC operations
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position ofSenior Clerk
