Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for analysis of companies and transactions;
• Perform preliminary screening of investment opportunities and due diligence;
• Assist in deal sourcing and portfolio management;
• Prepare thorough investment memorandum and presentations on target companies;
• Use different valuation methods to do valuation;

Job Requirements:

• Immediately available is highly preferred; 
• 1-3 years experienced in PE or other financial institutions;
• University degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics;
• Good command of Mandarin, Cantonese, and English;
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks;
