Job Description
Our client is a well-known corporate bank. They are currently looking for Manager, Loan Documentation/ Agency.
Responsibilities:
- Directly report to Team Head
- Prepare and review both standard and non-standard credit & collateral documentation
- Prepare, update and check the reports (monthly/quarterly) to relevant department/management and HKMA
- Participate in UAT or any ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- Tertiary education or above
- Minimum 8 years' experience in loan agency/ banking lending products
- Solid experience in handling syndicated/ bilateral loan, project finance, aircraft finance, trade finance and treasury products
- Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
