Our client is an MNC based corporate bank and currently looking for a Accounting & Finance Admin Officer / Clerk.

Accounting 

1.   To assist input the daily accounting / Fund Admin operation including:

• proper accounting entries via input-tickets and the output;
• sorting, distribution and filing of computer output;
• Perform general support role to fund administration
• Provide daily fund operation support

2.   To supervise the daily liquid capital computation, daily and monthly reconciliation in respect of nostro accounts and securities custodians, ensure proper procedures are taken to trace any discrepancy items.

3.   To check cheques/other payment orders prepared by the subordinate.

4.   To check the expense payment work done by the subordinate including the processing of input tickets, cheques, register books of the payment for various accounts.

5.   To provide assistance  in preparing any ad hoc assignments subject to the requests of management

6. To act as a back-up for the section operations when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or relevant discipline
• 1 year of financial and management accounting and regulatory reporting experience in licensed corporation
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
