Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review legal documents and agreements for the Company
- Provide legal support in M&A transactions
- Provide legal advice to other business units regarding legal implications of business decisions and compliance related issues
- Liaise with external lawyers
- Conduct compliance review and monitor business activities with Compliance team to ensure the activities are complied with rules and regulations
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree holder in Law or other related disciplines
- At least 5 years of related experience
- Solid knowledge of listing rules and guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work independently
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
