Responsibilities

• Provide all-rounded secretarial and administrative support to Top Management in both business activities and personal matter
• Responsible for scheduling daily meetings, travel arrangements and business appointments
• Liaise with internal and external parties on business issues proactively & independently
• Assist in business activities and ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• University graduate in Business Administration / Finance or related disciplines
• At least 10 years secretarial support experience gained in supporting senior management
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and diplomacy
• China Trade / listed company work exposure will be definitely an asset
• Strong business acumen and an outgoing attitude
• Must be highly detail-oriented with excellent project management skills
• Mature and responsible with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with people at all levels
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Occasional business trips are required if necessary
